(IEC60598-1 12.4.1) defense wind test device for lamp inspection test

This Draught-proof is designed according to standard IEC60598-1 clause 12.4.1 and GB7000.1-2007. Applied to provide standard environment condition for lamps product temperature measurement.
 
The draught-proof applicable under normal operation and is detected lamps temperature air convection under abnormal operation, to prevent the effects of air temperature and thermal radiation from the light source to the sample.
 
It provides a standard environment for lighting products for testing organization and factory quality control departments. bottom surface of Draught-proof is made of  solid wood, the remaining surface is made of a double-layer metal stencil, stencil spacing of 150mm, the ventilation rate of about 40%;

Draught-proof enclosure
The following recommendations refer to the construction and use of a suitable draught-proof enclosure for luminaries, as required for the tests of normal and abnormal operation. Alternative constructions for draught-proof enclosures are suitable if it is established that similar results are obtained.
 
The draught-proof enclosure is rectangular, with a double skin on top and on at least three sides, and with a solid base. The double skins are of perforated metal, spaced approximately150 mm apart, with regular perforations of 1 mm to 2 mm diameter, occupying about 40 % of the whole area of each skin.
