Function Overview:
This equipment is specially designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of IEC60335-1 / GB4706.1, GB4706.21 standard clauses, and is suitable for the test of the life of the door hinge of the home appliance, the bending of the internal wire, and the life of the toaster; the equipment uses a servo motor Drive the manipulator to rotate around the door axis to reach the maximum angle that the door can open. The sample is fixed at the upper and lower ends to ensure the swing and displacement during the test. The control system uses PLC + touch screen control, and the operator can set it on the screen The rotation angle and the test speed do not have to rely on adjusting the cylinder to achieve the speed adjustment of the test angle.
