Scratch pin probe for scratch abrasion strength tester
These probes simulate human fingers,tools and other items that would be hazardous to come in contact with certain parts of products. This probe is applied for scratch test to the all protected cooling system accessible surface of the household appliance,including the surfaceof the protected cooling system.The scratch tool is made of stainless steel. Conform to IEC60335-2-24 Fig 102;GB4706.13 Fig 102.
1. The hardened steel K10 needle scratch test is for home appliances whose accessible element surface of all protected
cooling system, including the c accessible element surface that have close contact with a protected
cooling system to do the scratch test. For example, the scratch resistant test of refrigerator door.
It conforms to the IEC60335-2-24 Figure 102.
