                     IPX69K integrated water resistance test chamber


Introduction:

The IPX69 integrated water resistance test chamber is mainly to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles component, motorcycles and their parts under simulated rain conditions. After the test, the performance of the product is judged by the verification to meet the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product. The chamber meets IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2:2013"Degrees of protection provided by enclosures(IP Code)" and ISO20653:2006-08-15 relevant standard requirement.

Features:

1. The chamber can be used to do the test of IPX5,IPX6,IPX6K,IPX9,IPX9K.

2. Integrated structure design, no need to handle the jet nozzle gun by people, the test can be start after the sample is set.

3. The chamber shell is made by high quality spray paint steel plate, inside and turntable is made by SUS304# stainless steel plate, make sure it will keep rustless after working for a long time.
   
4. Stepping motor drive, the speed and angle can be adjusted by the touch screen.

5. The chamber with a water tank, it will be used in recycling way. The liquid level sensor can make sure the water can be control automatically, and also with water shortage, water high temperature and overload protection.

6. The chamber with a transparent window, made by tempered glass, inside also with LED light for easier observation.

7. Turntable with socket for sample, AC 220V 10A.

Room Requirement:

The ground is level, the drainage is good, waterproofed wall and ground.
Floor drain or drain ditch is set well ventilated.
