Features:
1 Equipment shell and turntable all use SUS304 # stainless steel plate manufacturing, to ensure long-term use is not rust.
2 Equipment at the bottom of the chassis with adjustable foot cup casters, easy to move and adjust the machine level.
3 With a water tank inside, the tank filled with water and can automatic control the water level of high and low with alarm detection, effectively prevent water pump to be damaged by lack of water.
4 Swing pipe drive: Using servo motor with a small noise, speed and angle precision. Turntable drive: the use of domestic high-quality stepper motor, speed and angle can be set in the touch screen adjustable in the standard range of precision step-less adjustable, and can automatically control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for sample with power test to prevent winding ).
5 Sample power supply power-off time can be programmed control: power failure 0-999 min ---- power 0-999min ---- power failure 0-999min (for the test in the test need to pass power test).
6 Touch screen control function: custom test x3 or x4, according to user's need to test, you can set the test time, rain angle, swing tube speed, turntable speed.
7 Core control components using 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC, all the electrical components use imported brands such as LG, Omron. Wiring process in line with national standards, electric board layout is reasonable, wiring firm, clear mark.
8 Filter measures: equipped a standard high-precision filter, can effectively filter impurities in tap water; filter can be replaced regularly.
