Features:
The three-box thermal shock test chamber is divided into three parts: high temp. zone, low temp. zone and test zone: the sample is in the test zone, and the temp. in the high temp. zone or the low temp. zone is driven by the high pressure cylinder into the test zone for temp.shock. The purpose of drastic changes in temperature. The test product is static.

When the high temperature impact or low temperature impact, the maximum time can reach 999H, and the maximum cycle time is 9999 times.
The system can do automatic cyclic shock or manual selective shock.
The cooling adopts a secondary cooling system, and the cooling effect is fast, and the cooling method is water cooling mode or air cooling mode.
It can be imported at room temperature and has USB, RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces.
Application:
The thermal shock is used to test the material structure or composite material. It can withstand the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest time in an instant in a continuous environment of extremely high temp. and very low temp. Applicable objects to protect auto parts, LED, metal. Clinker, rubber, electronics and other materials can be used as a basis for product improvement or reference.
