IEC60529 Ipx5 and Ipx6 Water Spray Jet Nozzle for Waterproof Testing
Introduction:
The hand-held water jet tester is manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of standards such as IEC60529 IPX5/6, GB4208 IPX5/6, etc., and is used to test the waterproof performance of appliances or electrical appliances with rain-proof function. The nozzle is made of stainless steel precision welding, suitable for products that may be affected by various flushing water.

Test method:
1.Prepare a water pipe and flow meter..
2.Connect a water pipe and open the water source, open the valve to start spraying water, and adjust the flow meter to control the water output
3.IPX5: the water flow rate is greater than 12.5L/min±5%, and IPX6 is required to provide clean and impurity-free water with a water flow rate greater than 100L/min±5%. When testing different levels, please switch the nozzle and flow meter in time.
4.Jet the nozzle against the sample, for 1 minute per square meter of shell (not less than 3min), and the distance between the nozzle and the sample should be 2.5-3m.
5.Test Set consists of a jet handle that is equipped with a pressure gauge and an easy-to-adjust flow valve.The interchangeable nozzles assemble easily to the jet handle.
The nozzles are made from stainless steel.
