After the test, the performance of the product is judged to meet the requirements through verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.

Features:
1. The equipment adopts SUS304 stainless steel material.
2. The sealing ring uses a special silicon tetrafluoro rubber sealing ring, provide one spare seal ring.
3. Electronic control components are all imported LS, Panasonic, Omron and other brands, touch screen with true color 7 inch screen.
4. Be controlled by touch screen, can record the test status, and can add a temperature control system, can display and record the current pressure, water temperature.
5. The pressure mode is water injection pressure, and the maximum test pressure can be simulated up to 100 meters. The equipment is equipped with one relief valve (mechanical).
6. The pressure sensor is used to detect the test pressure, and has the effect of pressure stabilization; If the pressure in the tank exceeds the pressure, the safety valve will be automatically opened to drain the water to relieve the pressure.
7. Control with emergency stop operation button (automatically release pressure to 0 m after pressing emergency stop).
8. Support two test modes, users can choose according to the test requirements:
*Standard test: the water pressure value and test time can be set directly. When the water pressure in the tank reaches the value, the timing test will start. Alarm after the end of the test.
*Programmable test: 5 groups of test modes can be set, only need to select a group of modes, press the start button; Each set of modes can be divided into 5 consecutive test stages, and each stage can be independently set the working time and pressure value. (In this mode, cycle test times can be set). 9. Test time setting unit: minute.10.
