Meeting standard:
The waterproof tester is designed and manufactured according to the "IP code of enclosure protection grade" GB 4208-2008/IEC 60529:2001 issued by the national standardization administration of China, and it also refers to the waterproof test standard of part ix of GB 7000.1-2015/IEC 60598-1:2014 (dust proof, solid foreign body proof and waterproof).

Function is introduced :
1. The waterproof tester can be used in workshops, laboratories and other places to test the waterproof grade of [IPX8].
2. Waterproof tester - working principle:
Stage 1: place the sample on the tray in advance and pressurize the air inside the tank (the pressure can be set);
Stage 2:The second stage: after the pressure is completed, the sample goes into the water with the tray. After the tray reaches the bottom, the device begins to relieve pressure.
Stage 3: two situations may occur at this time: if the sample is defective, bubbles will continuously appear in the water, and the tester can observe the bubble position; If the sample is qualified, no bubbles will appear.
3.The test pressure and test time can be set through the touch screen. The pressure setting range: 0-0.5mpa; The time setting range is 0-9999 seconds.
4. Humanized design: 45 degree inclined plane mode, key operation; The lid is of moderate height for easy operation.
5. The equipment is equipped with a safety valve to prevent improper operation by operators. If the pressure is set too high, it will automatically relieve pressure if the rated pressure is exceeded.
6. Pressure control: panasonic pressure sensor is adopted to automatically control internal pressure.
7. Stainless steel pipe lock screws are used around the tank to enhance the safety of use.
