The IPX7 Electric Lifting Water Immersion Test Tank is designed for IEC 60529 IPX7 temporary water immersion testing. It combines a reinforced double-layer stainless steel tank, SUS304 inner tank, tempered glass observation window, water level ruler and electric specimen hoist.
Five standard capacities from 108 L to 1728 L are available, with a maximum water depth of 1.2 m. Tank dimensions, lifting system, specimen fixture and electrical configuration can be customized.
The applicable standard edition and test procedure should be confirmed according to the product certification or laboratory requirements.
The standard IPX7 test duration is 30 minutes.
For specimens less than 850 mm high, the lowest point of the enclosure is positioned 1000 mm below the water surface.
For specimens 850 mm high or above, the highest point of the enclosure is positioned 150 mm below the water surface.
The specimen is normally tested in its service position. After immersion, it is inspected to determine whether water ingress has caused harmful effects or impaired normal performance.
IPX7 is a temporary static water immersion test. It does not use water jets or additional air pressure.

The listed outer sizes refer to the tank body. Final overall dimensions and packing dimensions depend on the configured lifting frame, electric hoist and specimen fixture.
