The BONAD BND-OPX9 is open-type IPX9K test equipment for evaluating enclosure resistance to high-temperature, high-pressure water jets according to ISO 20653:2023.
Four fan-shaped nozzles positioned at 0, 30, 60 and 90 degrees spray the rotating specimen at 8000 to 10000 kPa. Each nozzle provides a flow rate of 14 to 16 L/min, with water temperature adjustable from ambient to 85°C.
The open structure accommodates large or irregular specimens. An 800 mm turntable, PLC touchscreen control, 500 L SUS304 water tank, HAWK high-pressure pump and automatic flow control support repeatable testing.
The specimen is secured on the rotating turntable and positioned according to the applicable test method.
Four fan-shaped nozzles are vertically arranged at 0, 30, 60 and 90 degrees. Each nozzle is connected to an independent water supply circuit controlled by a solenoid valve.
During testing, high-temperature and high-pressure water jets are applied under controlled pressure, temperature and flow conditions while the specimen rotates. After testing, the enclosure is inspected for water ingress and functional performance.

The standard BND-OPX9 configuration provides an 800 mm turntable with a load capacity of 100 kg.
Turntable size, load capacity, specimen fixtures, mounting structure, control functions and power supply configuration can be customized after technical evaluation.
For model selection, please provide the specimen dimensions, weight, mounting method, required test standard, power status during testing and local electrical supply.
CE documentation and third-party calibration certificates can be provided according to order requirements. Third-party calibration may be quoted separately.
The equipment includes a one-year warranty, remote technical support, operating guidance and spare-parts support. Installation and commissioning guidance can also be provided.
