IEC60529 IPX5 IPX6 Automatic Strong flush water jet test chamber

It is made according to IEC60529-2001 standard, mainly use for outdoor lighting, household appliances, telecom products, signal device and vehicle lamps waterproof test (IPX5 IPX6).

1. Integrated structure, the operator no need to take the jet nozzle, fix the sample and the chamber will start the test.

2.  Equipment rack, sample turntable all use high-quality aluminum alloy and SUS304 # stainless steel plate production, to ensure long-term use is not rust.

3. Water flow through the flow meter manual adjustment.

4. Turntable using stepping motor, the speed can be adjusted by the 7inches touch screen, and it can control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for power-on testing with a sample to prevent the winding).
 
5. The chamber inside with LED light, can observe the sample and the test clearly.
 
6. The chamber with a water tank, can recycle use the water, no need the build a professional environment or test room. The chamber also can detect the water level and give alarm, it can also control the water automatically and prevent the water pump lack of water.
 
7. The jet gun can automatically swing up and down, so you can let the sample be sprayed in every part while the turntable in the rotation. The gun swing height and the speed can be adjusted on the touch screen, you can also set fixed-point jetting, fixed-point height is also adjustable.
