The main function of the equipment is for the electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and other products in the simulated rain conditions, the physical and other related properties of the test. After the test, through the test to determine whether the performance of products meet the requirements in order to facilitate product design, improvement, testing and factory inspection.
1. The equipment control cabinet is integrated with the water tank, and the design is reasonable. Control the entire system, including the drip box moving up and down, and limit control; water inlet operation, flow control; turntable control, the system is simple to operate, precise control, and equipped with imported components.
2. Fixed column: aluminum alloy is used as a fixed bracket, which is convenient for disassembly and quick assembly
3. The amount of dripping is controlled by adjusting the height of the dripping liquid level to adjust the pressure.
4. Drip tank: The wall of the tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the top is covered with a pressure-resistant seal. The drip holes are arranged according to 20*20mm to form a square array. Special drip nozzle adopts 22G glue injection needle, inner diameter 0.4mm, drip box is equipped with level meter.
5. Water level adjustment water supply tank: The equipment is equipped with a set of water supply tanks to provide test water. It is made of PVC plastic sheet, compressive and corrosion resistant, and has a volume of 400L. The water inlet filter is installed and the water tank is covered to prevent wind, dust and debris from entering. The water tank and the control cabinet are connected as a whole, and the appearance is beautiful.
6. Automatic elevator: In order to meet the test requirements of various specifications, the height of the drip tank is adjusted by the elevator, and the upper and lower limit automatic stop control is designed to avoid accidents caused by misoperation.
7. Water quality filter: filter dripping water to make rain evenly, not easy to be clogged, easy to clean.
8. Flowmeter: necessary water flow adjustment.
9.Adjustable angle worktable: The worktable can be tilted from 0-15° and the standard angle of 15°. The table has a T-slot, which can fix a 100KG test piece. The bottom is equipped with casters, which can be removed when not in use, or use a rotatable work turntable (when doing IPX1 experiments), with a speed of 1-3r/min. At the same time, it can be used in common with the rotatable worktable of the swing tube rain device.
