IP1X Test Probe A with 50n Force

Introduction: IEC test probe BND-A which comply to IEC 60529 & GB 4208 standard,is necessary appliance for household and electrial appliance of against electric shock protection test.

It simulate the arms to conduct the IP protection level test,mainly used for the first characteristic number '1'.


Application: The against electric shock protection test for household and electrial appliance.

IP2X Test Probe B with 50n Force

The Standard Test Finger Probe / The Standard Test Knurled Finger Probe / Test Probe B / IP2X Protection Grade Probe.


Application:

1. The joint part of  The Standard Test Knurled Finger Probe can't touch the live parts or close to the dangerous parts, and 50 mm to 20 mm baffle plate cannot enter.

2. In the prevent electric shock test, wires , power devices, and lighting devices are needed.

3. Both joints shall permit movement in the same plane and the same direction through an angle of 90° with a 0° to +10° tolerance

This probe is intended to verify the basic protection against access to hazardous parts. It is also used to verify the protection against access with a finger.

Tolerance on dimensions when no specific tolerance is given:

- on angles: 0−10°

- on linear dimensions: up to 25 mm: 0− 0.05 mm;

over 25 mm: ± 0.2 mm.

Introduction:
1. According to: IEC61032:1997/IEC60529:2001 AND UL.
2. IP3X Test Probe C ( Test Probe C)is the necessary tool to proceed protecting electric shock test of household and similar electrical appliances.
3. This probe is intended to verify the basic protection against access to hazardous parts. It's also used to verify the protection against access with a tool.

Application:
1. Standard test refers to the joint part can't touch the live parts or close to the dangerous parts, and 35mm circular baffle cannot be entered .
2. In the test requirement for preventing access to the hazardous parts, Test Probe C need to be with push force3±0.3N.

Note: For the without force products, please use with the dynamometer.

Purpose:This probe is aiming at verifying the basic protection against approaching to hazardous parts.

2. IP4X Test Probe D is a necessary appliance for household and similar electrical appliance of against electric shock protection test.

1. Standard test refers to the joint part can't touch the live parts or close to the dangerous parts, 30mm circular baffle cannot be entered .
2. In the test requirement for preventing access to the hazardous parts, test probe D need to be with thrust 1±0.1N.
