Product features :
1. apply to the waterproof level test of the products IPX1 IPX2.

4. The drop water tank adopts vacuum design with high rust resistance stainless steel material construction
The nozzle contact position is designed with brass cone, which is convenient to install and replace the nozzle in time.

5. The water supply pipe is equipped with a filter to filter impurities in the water and prevent the nozzle from blocking.

6. It has the function of compressed air drying. After the test, the excess water in the drip box can be removed to avoid the pinhole blockage due to long-time accumulation of water.

7. Step motor is used in the rotary table, and the speed can be set on the touch screen, which can accurately guarantee the 1r/min rotation speed required by the IPX1 standard, and automatically complete the test requirements of 2.5min for each of the 4 locations required by IPX2 test.

8.  The test box is installed with the sample power socket (AC220,10A). The sample power supply on/off time can be programmed to control the function: power on/off for 0-999min-- power off for 0-999min (applicable to the test of the sample when power off is required).

9. The test box is equipped with LED waterproof lighting and large-area observation window on the door to facilitate the observation of test samples.

10. The equipment has its own water tank and uses water for recycling. There is no need to build a professional waterproof test room.The water tank is installed with the water level float ball valve to automatically control the water intake, and there are high and low water level alarm monitoring, effectively prevent the water pump from drying to damage.

 11. The core control elements are made of Taiwan waylon 7inch touch screen + panasonic PLC, and all electrical components are made of imported brands such as LG and omron, etc. The wiring process meets the national standards, the layout of the boards is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the labeling is clear.

12. Control function of touch screen: the self-developed IPX waterproof level test operation interface, directly select the waterproof level, and the test can be conducted automatically according to the waterproof level conditions in the standard terms;Simple and smart.The base is provided with 4 movable casters for easy movement.
