This test machine is composed of high rigidity main engine, electro-hydraulic servo power source, electronic measurement and microcomputer control system.This testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 16826-2008 "electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine".The main machine is designed with high rigidity, and each stressed part is made by finite element analysis, design and precision machining.The controller adopts a new generation of high-performance, intelligent all-digital controller, and the control software adopts a combination of advanced measurement and control algorithms.It can precisely control the whole test process and fully meet the requirements of domestic and international testing methods for materials.The oil source system adopts the load adaptive throttle speed regulation system. According to the required test force of the system,Servo servo adjust system pressure, reduce system heat and save energy. The testing machine is accurate, powerful, easy to operate, stable and reliable.

Technical features and advantages :

  7. The hydraulic system adopts the pressure-difference throttling speed-regulating servo servo system. The working pressure of the system is automatically adjusted with the change of load to reduce the system heating and save energy.
