UV Resistance Aging Test Equipment

Introduction:

This test equipment simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light, by exposing the material to be tested to light at a controlled high temperature to perform a weather resistance test on the material. It simulates the radiation effect of sunlight with UV lamps, dew and rain through condensation and water spraying, and in just a few days or weeks, UV irradiation equipment can reproduce the months or even years that would
take outdoors. Damage that occurs over time, including fading, color change, tarnishing, chalking, cracking, cracking, wrinkling, blistering, embrittlement, strength loss, oxidation, etc., can be used to select new materials and improve existing materials, or to evaluate the changes of the material formulation.

Structure:
•The inner bladder of this UV chamber is made of imported high-class stainless plate while the outer bladder is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic.
• The heating mode adopts inner bladder trough type heating with its rapid temperature rise and even temperature distribution.
